About a month ago we suddenly had an urgent need to sell our home in Woodland Hills in order to make an offer on a brand new home in Bend, Oregon where we plan to retire this July. We were not expecting to buy this early, but it was an opportunity we just could not pass up.

My wife Cleo had remembered Sean frequenting our neighborhood over the past year or so and was impressed with his knowledge of our area as well as his quiet, pleasant and helpful demeanor. Upon our finding our "Dream Home" on a Friday, we proceeded to get on the internet to look up Sean's phone number and called him. He remembered the visit with Cleo and he remembered our home as well, and agreed to give up his Sunday afternoon to meet with us. He listened very carefully to our needs.

He came fully prepared with an impressive booklet of comps as well as a current assessment of marketing conditions and included a number of pricing options and strategies. From that point on Sean and Susan were always available to answer our questions and to keep us informed of the status and progress toward a 30 day escrow. We were actually able to close a couple of days earlier due to the cooperation of the buyers as well as the follow up of the White House team.
